Fall Warbler Identification Workshop

Let's get to know our warblers! Although widely loved, warblers are often labeled as "confusing" and the thought of them creates anxiety for some birders.

Join Audubon for a three-part online workshop that will focus on the identification of warblers found throughout the Northeast during their fall migration. No matter if warbler identification gives you anxiety or not, you're sure to gain new knowledge that will improve your birding skills. During this series, we’ll look beyond the plumage for identification clues and explore how to enjoy more warblers this fall.

The three sessions will take place every Wednesday from September 9 thru 23.

  • Week 1 (September 9): The How, When, What, and Where of Warbler Watching
  • Week 2 (September 16): The Waves of Fall Migration
  • Week 3 (September 23):  The Late Fall Migrants and Similar Species

Upon registration, you will receive a link to log in to the online classroom.

Admission: $20 per person for the entire series
